I think that an object belongs to someone when that person proves that he has power over that thing and can defend it and can prove that this object is of he through any bill or any evidence, because if it does not prove someone that believes that have more power can say is theirs and may steal and the real owner (he has not such power) can ensure that is theirs but no one will believe him.
also there are laws, for example: you can change a property for money, and this property and that's not your now belongs to the other person.
also in the land properties you have to pay taxes because this shows to the government its yours.

i think that this post is a good job and i dont think that the person who comments with the name of *sebastian* is not the same person is someone else buecause that type of comments , with my knowledge, doesn't do sebastian but any way a think that is a good job !!!!!jejeje
