Socrates was a philosoper (maybe the best) born in Athens in 450.
Socrates has iner beauty, which means he was ugly but his mind was amazing because he never wrote anything, he used dialogs, and he create the art of discourse, that's why we say thay he was the master of argumentation (it is very important in the philosophy).
Socrates says that the man is not nature, we learn in the city not in the nature, because if we learn in the nature we are animals, and the animals do not use the reason, and the reason is the capacity to think.
Socrates else raises that we can find happynes only doing good things, but the cuestion is: ¿What is it doing good things? or ¿What is the good?.
Another cuestion ( I thing that is the most important cuestion in his life) which raises socrates is: ¿The essence of the good is in the society or in the reason?

Socrates determined that is in the reason because the divine voice is the voice of the reason.
but the problem was that when Socrates say: the divine voice is the voice of reason; the people harassment he by inserting new gods.
Finally, sentenced to dead, the poor Socrates drank cicuta and died poisoned (this is a very very painful death, believe me...)
